Bramson ORT College, is seeking a results-oriented person for the following:

Location:
Bramson ORT College – Forest Hills or Brooklyn Campus, NY
Skills Required:
Teaching position for a certified Project Management Instructor with 3-5 years of Project Management experience in hardware and software development as Programmer/Programmer Lead, Business Analyst or Senior Systems Architect. Individual must have experinence in as a instructor and trainer who has developed, delivered and coached project management courses in a college environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality instruction to students by ensuring student satisfaction through the classroom or laboratory setting according to the program objectives.
- Provide students with the skills necessary to succeed in Project Management and guidance towards PMP certification.
- Be available to advise and implement Project Management software and tools.
- Design, administer and teach the Project Management Course.
- Maintain a teaching assignment for each module.
- Plan course instruction based upon an approved syllabus/outline provided to ensure that course content and learning objectives are met.
- Distribute a copy of the module calendar to all students at first class meeting.
- Design, administer and grade examinations.
- Actively maintain student retention by keeping accurate daily attendance records, calling absent students.
- Recording absentee information in roster, and communicating any attendance concerns to the Program Chair.
- Be available to advise, tutor and provide other student with assistance as needed.
Requirements:
- Certified PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)
- At Least a MS Degree with 3-5 years of Project Management experience
- Significant experience in software and hardware development planning, execution and control, methodology development, process improvement and global deployment
- Experinence (3 years) as a instructor and trainer who has developed, delivered and coached Project Management courses in a college environment.
- Ability to apply diverse teaching methods to students of various ages and learning styles
- Excellent communication skills, organizational and motivational skills
- Strong team orientation
